When we were first thrust into the pandemic and many business owners, CEOโ€™s and sales managers needed to learn ๐๐”๐ˆ๐‚๐Š๐‹๐˜ how to navigate a very scary place without any guidance or training.

Soon later many people were furloughed without warning, companies shut down and the lucky ones were able to pivot into the online space with the quick thinking of adopting a tech stack and new ways to connect with their buyers or deliver goods and services.

Companies like ๐๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐ฑ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ & ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐›๐ฎ๐œ๐ค๐ฌ  used Instacart and door dash to be able to pivot and keep up with the demand for their loyal customers with online ordering and delivery right to your front doorโ€ฆ(Thanks to the pizza restaurant owners  for that concept that we all took for granted all these years)

But now that we are embracing another corner of the pandemic, going back into the workplace, we are also in the middle of what LinkedIn is calling โ€œThe Great Reshuffleโ€. Employees are not only rethinking how they work but also why they work.

The pandemic has catapulted the workforce into situations where they could decide how they wanted to earn income and take a risk to make a change that perhaps theyโ€™ve always wanted to make but felt the risk too large to try without getting caught.

#Thegreatreshuffle has given employees the opportunity to explore new jobs and roles, where they have moved within the company or changed jobs completely.

Now that we are crossing yet another circle around a variant,  online business owners and team members are going back into the workplace either voluntarily or as a hybrid opportunity in order to get back to โ€œnormalโ€ (Whatever that is)

With this stage of The Great Reshuffle, we need to keep in mind how to help transition our teams and ourselves out of the work from home environment and back into the workplace with ease.
