Client Profile: Salon Autumn is a rustic hair salon nestled in the neighborhood of Wilton Manors, Florida and is known for their blonding and Hair Extension services.

Situation: Autumn, the owner, was looking to add structure to her business with systems of standards in place to develop a work culture where everyone felt like they were equal and part of a family with less daily variances.

Solution: I helped Autumn create a structured business with our three month operations program with the following tasks.

• Implemented monthly team meetings

• Delivered monthly sales reporting.

• Incorporated new inventory of 2 more product lines to help generate revenue.

• Brought on a marketing team to design a website, SEO strategy and social media templates.

• Lead all third party vendor communications.
